One Step Polymer IHC Detection system
Introduction:
One Step Polymer Immunohistoprobe is a non-biotin, polymer based detection system that allows for the demonstration of antigens in paraffin-embedded tissue, cryostat sections, blood smears, cytosmears, and cell preparations. It is developed using a proprietary bio-conjugate technology to directly label immunoglobulins with more enzymes via polymer backbone.
The increased sensitivity of one step polymer immunohistprobe allows for rapid staining procedures without compromising stain quality.
