ImmunoHistoProbe®

This kit leverages patented technology (pending approval) designed to effectively eliminate background interference originating from endogenous mouse IgG when detecting mouse primary antibodies on mouse tissue. The detection reagent exclusively binds to primary antibodies while avoiding any interaction with endogenous immunoglobulins, thus eliminating the need for blocking reagents and completely circumventing background noise caused by endogenous IgG. Furthermore, the system is biotin-free, eliminating the potential for endogenous biotin background in biotin-rich tissues. With the ImmunoHistoProbe® Mouse on Mouse Polymer Detection Kit, researchers can anticipate a markedly improved signal-to-noise ratio in comparison to other kits available in the market.
